Danielle Yannotta
Danielle is dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges related to mental health, emotional well-being, and personal growth through a compassionate, client-centered approach. She believes therapy should be individualized to each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals, and strives to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and understood.
She has experience working with adolescents and adults in partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and behavioral settings. Danielle has worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia-spectrum disorders, behavioral challenges, and substance use concerns. In addition to her counseling experience, she previously worked as an ABA therapist, helping clients build emotional regulation, communication, social, and behavioral skills through individualized interventions and structured support.
Danielle utilizes a cognitive-behavioral approach while incorporating person-centered, motivational interviewing, and behavioral interventions to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful and lasting change. She values collaboration within the therapeutic relationship and aims to help clients better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and recognize their own strengths throughout the healing process.
